Photography Services

When you book our photography services, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund up to 20 days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 20 days of the appointment are non-refundable, as our availability is limited, and we may have to decline other bookings.

Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or accidents, contact us to discuss the situation.

How to cancel your booking: 

Please get in touch with us, with the following information: 

• Your name and email adress 

• Order number (#12345) 

• Products name / description 

• Reason for canceling

We will get back to you with the details for the return. ​

When the return is confirmed, we will proceed the payback.

Good to know...

• The refund will be the same as the original payment method when you made the order. 

• Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your cancel request. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Digital products & Livestream access

Livestream access is considered a digital service.

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this right expires once the digital service has begun, provided that the customer has explicitly agreed to immediate delivery.
 

By completing the purchase and agreeing to immediate access, you:

• Consent to the digital service starting immediately

• Acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right is waived

Refunds will not be issued once the livestream has started.

Refunds may be granted only if:

• The event is cancelled

• The livestream is not delivered

• A major technical failure occurs on our side preventing access

Technical issues caused by the customer’s device or internet connection do not qualify for a refund.
